How do I order?
You may order on-line (click here) or via telephone (523)505-5065.

What are your delivery hours?
We deliver for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner on Saturday. We can accommodate special requests (breakfast, early dinner delivery, etc. with 24 hour advance notice).

What Restaurant can I order from?
We have partnered with these featured restaurants to offer food to you at their normal menu price. However, we are happy to deliver from ANY restaurant to satisfy any crave that you may have! Please call for a specific quote.

Can I order from two different restaurants?
Yes. However, we do charge a variable additional delivery fee for delivery from multiple restaurants to one location.

How long does it take for delivery?
It will generally take about an hour. During peak restaurant times, our operators will give you an estimated delivery time before processing your order.

Do you take checks or credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards (and cash of course!). We will only take a check once you have been established with a “billed house account.” We will never take a check from guests at hotels.

Can I use a restaurant coupon?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any restaurant coupons.

Is everything on the regular restaurant menu available?
Yes. If you have a favorite item that we do not have listed, we can still get it for you.

Can you deliver to large parties?
Absolutely. Please call us with as much advance notice as possible (at least 48 hours for on-site catering services). We can also deliver any last minute large orders (without catering service), but please be patient with restaurant peak times. Our restaurants appreciate as much preparation time as possible.

Can I order a drink with my meal?
We have coke products and bottled water available. Soda is $1.50 per can and water is $1.50 per bottle.

If it is taking too long can I cancel my order?
unfortunetly, once an order has been placed with a restaurant it cannot be cancelled.

How do I set up a billed house account for my office?
Please call 505-5065 and ask for an account application. Once approved, we can set up a billing cycle for your convenience.

What if I need extra utensils and plates for my order?
We sell service sets (plate, utensils, napkins) for 99¢ each and are happy to provide any number for your convenience. Please let the operator know how many you would like.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order varies by restaurant and is listed under the delivery hours at the top of the page.

How should I tip the driver?
We suggest that you tip the driver similar to a restaurant server. The delivery fee charged by The Doorbell Diner covers our operating expense and gas for the drivers, and they generously appreciate your gratuity. The operator can add the tip in advance for your convenience; an automatic 18% gratuity will be added for orders over $50.00.
